Cancellation & Refund

Holidayy Udaan is a service provider and does not own any properties in connection with the tour.
Cancellation & Refund is subject to individual policy of the service providers i.e. Hotels, Transporters, Houseboats etc.

Please refer the cancellation terms below:
• 0 -15 days prior to tour - No refund
• 16-20 days prior to tour - 50% refund.
• 21 -30 days prior to tour - 75% refund
• More than 30 days prior to tour – Full Refund.
• All No Shows will be charged as per the booking details.
• Any Cancellation later will attract full retention charge.
• Refund of advance payment after deduction of 10% administrative charge and it would take a minimum of 10 working days.

How To Book Holiday Tour Packages

• Collect tentative information about your tour plan like number of travelers, date of tour and plan a budget.
• Click on "Get Free Quote" & fill in the short form to share that information with our team
• Once you receive your Free Quote from our team, share & discuss the details with your family or fellow travelers.
• Reply to the Free Quote with your queries, amendments or any additions to your tour plan as discussed with fellow travelers.
• Once you receive the final updated Free Quote from our team, respond with fixed date of tour, number of travelers to confirm
• Our team will block rooms and other services for your tour packages & send you a tour invoice
• Make the advance payment via the links provided & you are done!
• You will receive the Tour Confirmation Vouchers within 2 working days with balance payment link & date.
